About the Role 

We’re seeking a motivated Graduate Water Engineer to join our team full-time. You’ll work closely with senior engineers on a variety of hydrologic and hydraulic projects, gaining hands-on experience across the water sector. As part of a small team, you’ll take on meaningful responsibilities early, with the opportunity to tailor your work to your interests in the water and environmental field. 

You’ll be involved in: 

• Flood studies and floodplain risk management projects 

• Flood impact assessments for developments and infrastructure 

• Water resource modelling for regional NSW 

• Hydrological studies of wetlands and ecological systems

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering (or equivalent) 

• Full working rights in Australia 

Desirable Skills 

• Familiarity with GIS software (ArcMap, QGIS, MapInfo) 

• Exposure to hydrologic and hydraulic modelling tools (e.g., WBNM, HEC-RAS, TUFLOW)

We’re seeking a motivated student engineer to join our team full-time for 3 months. Working closely with experienced engineers, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of projects, including: 

• Flood studies and floodplain risk management 

• Water resource modelling for Western NSW 

• Hydrological assessments of wetlands and ecological systems 

Your work will be varied and meaningful. We’ll tailor your workload to your interests and help you build strong foundations in the water engineering field.

Requirements / Desirable Attributes:
